- 1:00-4:00 PM
- Étienne Brûlé Park, Toronto
- Free/By Donation

Celebrate the official launch of Fernway Wellness with a stroll along the Humber River followed by somatics, meditation and crafting.
Spots are limited. Click here to register!
We will meet at 1pm on Saturday, October 24 in the parking lot of Étienne Brûlé park (look for Liam and Lexi in Fernway shirts!) From there, we will embark on a leisurely 5 km walk along the river.
After our stroll, we will gather together in King’s Mill park for a somatic practice and meditation led by Lexi. Following this, we will do some mindful crafting! Chairs, meditation cushions and craft supplies all provided by Fernway Wellness.
This event is free / by donation as it is a celebration of our launch! Please note that though it is free, we kindly ask that you not register unless you plan to attend. There are limited spots available (due to provided seating and snacks). Please bring cash if you feel called to donate towards the launch of our new small business, however it is not a requirement.
Please bring your own water bottle and any light snacks you may want for the hike (nothing heavy, as we will be doing a movement practice afterwards). Snacks will also be provided at the end. RAIN DATE is Sunday, October 25 at 1pm.
